Following the interruption of the services on 15th March 2017, Teide Cable Car reopens to the public.
On Wednesday, 15 March, the cable car service was interrupted, resulting in the successful evacuation of passengers. The facility will reopen this week.
With the rescue work completed, work has begun on the necessary operations to recover the gondolas locked in the cables and bring them back to the stations.
